Return & Refund Policy

bloom only accepts returns for products purchased in the United Kingdom (click here for countries outside of the UK) on the website within 30 days from the time of purchase. Due to COVID restrictions, we are not able to do exchanges just returns at this time

All returned products must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, NEW & UNUSED.

Product returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA #, obtained directly from bloom.

To obtain an RMA # you must contact bloom and provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. Any product returned without an RMA will either be refused shipment, returned to sender (at cost to sender) or destroyed.

All shipping charges related to returns are at the cost of the sender. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products to bloom. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once received, the return will be inspected, once confirmed to be new and unused, the refund will go back to original form of payment in 10-14 days. Please note due to lockdown restrictions, the inspections are done once a month - so please allow up to 6 weeks for your return to be inspected.


  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING - This includes bloom branded original carton, warranty cards, user guide and all internal packaging.
  • UNUSED – Each product(s) must be unused. Due to hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
